Seeking fellow guys' experiences — wondering if I'm alone in this

So, something's been on my mind lately, and I figured this might be a good place to see if anyone else can relate. Been noticing a bit of a dip in, shall we say, the 'oomph' department, and it got me thinking.

Ever feel like you're not quite firing on all cylinders like you used to? and it can knock your confidence a bit, can't it? I think a lot of us just kinda shrug it off, but sometimes it lingers, you know?

A mate of mine mentioned something similar a while back, and it got me curious.
But, surprisingly, I found some quite helpful stuff that wasn't just hype.

And let's be honest, when that part of your life is feeling good and strong, it makes a massive difference to your overall mood, your relationships, pretty much everything, doesn't it? It's not just about the physical, it's about feeling good *about* yourself, if that makes sense.

And look, I'm no doctor, just a regular guy sharing what I've learned. But if this resonates with you at all, and you're open to exploring things a bit, it might be worth checking out some of the stuff I came across. No pressure, obviously, but knowledge is power, eh?

If you want to dig a little deeper without getting overwhelmed, I found this place to be a good starting point:

Just thought I'd share, in case it's helpful to anyone else navigating this stuff. Cheers for reading, catch you later.
